Sent a quote over in a timely manner, but I decided to wait to do the repairs until a later date. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me. Had high hopes, but unfortunately would not recommend due to inconsistent and unreliable followup/scheduling."

"We hired David in 2025 to remodel our house's ground floor, after another contractor left us a mess that had to be repaired. The repair work alone involved new wall studs, drywall, paint and the associated wiring. We went on from there to replace flooring and remodel a bathroom, with new fixtures, tile floors and a tiled shower stall. He went out of his way to find tiles that had been discontinued so we could match what was in our other bathrooms. He also replaced a corroded heater flue on the roof. It really pays to work with a general contractor and his crew! He quoted me a good price for the work and stuck to it. David was very responsive to my questions and concerns and was a real pleasure to work with. And, of course, he has that all important thing...HONESTY. I'm writing this review in 2026 after I've lived with the remodel for a while, and can sincerely say that I've had no problems crop up on the work he did.
